On this auspicious occasion, Mr. Sakchai Kunanuwatchaidej Deputy Governor of Chiang Mai Province presided over the opening ceremony, which was graced with the presence of Ms. Natthaya Sirisayan, Director of Chiang Mai provincial OIC office, and honoured guests.
